These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SentriGate, a web security platform operated by SentriGate, Prishtina, Kosovo (“SentriGate”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SentriGate.
SentriGate provides a subscription-based web security platform that includes edge protection, a Web Application Firewall (WAF), bot detection, request risk scoring, intelligent caching, and origin shielding. The platform consists of three components deployed on your server (the Agent) and managed through our dashboard (the Core). Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
SentriGate is billed as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days’ advance notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You may only use SentriGate to protect websites and applications that you own or have the right to protect. You must not:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. SentriGate is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
SentriGate and its components (the Edge, Agent, Core, dashboard, documentation, and brand assets) are owned by SentriGate. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform during your active subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentriGate’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. SentriGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of SentriGate after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
